OUR POLICY

24-hour warranty 

We are committed to excellence all services are covered. If you are unhappy with the job, call us within 24 hours and we will come back out free of charge to re-clean the area. 

 

Cancellation / Reschedule 

If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you give us 24-hour notice. In the case of a reschedule your deposit will roll over (1) time. If you need to reschedule a second time you are required to pay another deposit. Once we receive the deposit, we block out the day just for you. Payment 

A $20.00 nonrefundable deposit is due when booking all services. Your remaining balance is due in full on the day of service upon arrival. If you’re paying by check, please make checks payable to Lend A Hand Cleaners LLC. A $25.00 returned check fee will be applied for all returned checks. With (2) returned checks we cannot accept this form of payment for future services. You can pay by check, cash, or cash app at $KourtneyWord. 

 

Service Time 

You will receive a service letter by email one day before your cleaning. Please be sure to read over the information. This will confirm the date, time, and address of the property. If your cleaner runs into an unforeseen circumstance that will cause them to run more than 20 minutes behind, you will receive a phone call. 

 

Access 

On the day of service, if you know you will not be home, we ask that you contact us and let us know how we can gain access to the property. If no one is home when we arrive and the cleaners can’t gain access, we will try to contact you (3) times. You will receive a text letting you know that we are unable to access your property, and your service day will be canceled. You will need to schedule another cleaning and pay a non-refundable deposit. We ask that all animals are contained while the cleaners are on the property working. 

 

Safety 

Just a few things to know to keep our cleaners safe while working. We will come into your property with shoe covers no shoes will be removed to clean. We only reach to clean things on a 2-step ladder with extension pole dusters. We do not clean up blood, bodily fluids, or pet, or human waste. We do not move furniture as we do clean around and under furniture.
